Cookie Policy

pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code

This cookie policy is also published in Italian. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Italian text prevails.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the websites you visit send to the user's browser, where they are stored so as to be sent back to the website on the next visit. They may be used for different purposes: performing computer authentication, monitoring sessions, storing preferences and collecting statistics on the use of the website.

2. Technical cookies (always active)

Technical cookies are necessary for the website to work properly and do not require the user's consent (art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code). Law Communication Enterprise Italy uses the following first-party technical cookies:

  • tpm-consent, duration 12 months: stores the user's choice regarding analytics cookies (accepted or refused)
  • NEXT_LOCALE, duration 12 months: stores the language the user has chosen for browsing
  • better-auth.session_token, duration 24 hours: keeps the authenticated user's session active in the members area
  • better-auth.session_data, session duration: client-side cache of session data, avoids repeated requests to the server

3. Analytics cookies (consent required)

Only with your explicit prior consent does the website load Google Analytics 4 (the gtag.js library) in order to understand how users interact with the website in aggregate and anonymous form.

Consent is managed through the Google Consent Mode v2 framework: in the absence of consent all purposes (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are set to denied and no tag is activated.

Google Analytics 4 performs anonymous measurement of the use of the website: page views, browsing paths, devices. Provider's privacy notice: policies.google.com/privacy

4. Managing consent

You may change your choice regarding analytics cookies at any time: withdrawing consent is as simple as giving it and takes effect immediately on subsequent visits.

In addition, you can disable or delete cookies directly from your browser settings. Instructions are generally available in the "Settings" or "Preferences" section, under Privacy.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Google LLC, the provider of Google Analytics, is located in the United States. Data are transferred on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, as specified in the Privacy Policy.

  • P.IVA 02452840032
  • Via Roberto Lepetit 8/10, 20124 Milan, Italy

7. Rights of the data subject
